A one-on-one consultation to review your current ADHD medicines and how they’re working for you.

  • Review ADHD medications, other medications and supplements effectiveness, safety and side effects
  • Check for interactions with other medicines and supplements
  • Give you time to ask the questions you never get to ask when or pharmacy counter and address your concerns
  • Provide practical strategies to make medication management easier

A report sent to your doctor with findings and recommendations including your personalised action plan report that is within our scope of practice

Medicine Initiation Consultation (30 minutes)

Starting ADHD medication can feel overwhelming. This extended consultation helps you begin with clarity and confidence.

Common concerns we help with:

  • “What should I expect when I start this medicine?”
  • “How long will it take to notice a difference? Will my child change their personality?”
  • “What side effects should I look out for?”
  • “Will my child be addicted to this?”
  • “What are the long term effects?”

What we do:

  • Explain what to expect when starting medication and options if there is there are concerts with swallowing tablets etc
  • Monitor baseline health checks (blood pressure, heart rate)
  • Share strategies to manage side effects and set routines
  • Discuss any concerns that you may have about the medications

Follow-Up Consultation (20 minutes)

Regular check-ins to ensure treatment remains effective and discuss any new challenges.

What we do:

  • Track progress and address new challenges
  • Review side effects and adjust strategies
  • Liaise with your doctor, psychologist, allied health or coach for continuity of care
  • Discussion and screening for certain vitamin deficiency that can worsen ADHD symptoms
